Walk-Ins: Due to high volumes, MedChecks are limiting walk-in patients starting at 7:30 p.m. daily. Our virtual care providers are available until 11 p.m. Request a virtual visit.

Costs and Payment Options
Simple Pricing: Cash Option
Community MedCheck offers exceptional, quality care with simple pricing that’s right for your needs. When you check in, please let us know if you’d like to pay with cash or debit instead of billing insurance for your care. If you choose this option, your visit will start at $119 for an examination and care for conditions listed in the Basic Care tier.*
Depending on your diagnoses and required treatment, you may need additional services and would be charged an additional $50 for Intermediate Care or $100 for Advanced Care upon check out. Pricing tiers are:
- Basic Care - $119
- Includes examination and care for: Strep, flu, mono, cold, cough, congestion, bronchitis, earache, pink eye, skin conditions, UTI, minor injuries, STD testing
- Intermediate Care - $169
- Basic Care services plus: EKGs, x-Ray, rapid COVID-19 testing, breathing treatment, non-immunization injections, ear irrigation
- Advanced Care - $219
- Basic + Intermediate Care services plus: Burn care, splinting, dislocation, lacerations, abscess drainage, foreign body removal
*PRICING NOTES:
- If you are covered under Medicare, Medicaid, or other government payors, you are not eligible for these cash payment options.
- Lab tests not performed on-site will be an additional cost.
- Other items and services priced individually include: durable medical equipment (splints, braces, boots, nebulizer machines, etc.), TB skin tests, flu and tetanus shots, physicals (camp, middle/high school, sports, college, employment)

FAQ: Quick Answers About MedCheck
Can I get a COVID-19 test at MedCheck? COVID-19 testing is available for people with COVID symptoms. Please select the "COVID-19 Concerns" reason for visit when scheduling online. Testing is available for those who require a negative return to work/school note. Symptoms may also be evaluated from home using Community Virtual Care.
Do you accept insurance? Yes, we accept many insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider to ensure coverage details.
Do you accept self-pay? Yes, we accept self-pay at time of service.
Can I save a spot online instead of walking in? Yes. It is preferred that patients save a spot online, but it is not necessary.
Can I walk in for care? Yes. Walk-ins will be prioritized with patients who have saved a spot online.
What ages can you treat? We treat patients of all ages, including newborns.
What do I need for my visit? Please bring a valid ID, insurance card and form of payment.
Do I need to wear a mask? All patients and visitors with symptoms of illness should wear a mask. One will be supplied to you upon entry if needed.
Can I get X-rays at MedCheck? Yes, MedCheck offers x-rays.
Do you treat broken bones at MedCheck? Yes, MedCheck treats broken bones.
What kind of physicals do you offer? We offer camp, school and sports physicals for $40. Exams for college or employment physicals are $79. Form completion only is $20.
