COVID-19 Symptoms? A virtual provider can check your symptoms and quickly schedule a COVID-19 test at a convenient location.
Online visits with our board-certified doctors and nurse practitioners start at just $49* and may be covered under your health insurance plan.

We understand that people can get sick any time, so Community is here for you when illness hits unexpectedly and you need to get care from the comfort of home. Grown-ups and kids can see our board-certified providers any time for common respiratory, GI, ear, nose, throat, eye and skin concerns. Insurance
Virtual visits may be covered by your health insurance provider (such as Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, United, etc.). If you are unsure, please check with your plan provider for coverage details prior to your virtual visit.
